It is 5 minutes walk to the ancient Etruscan city of Cosa, 10 minutes walk to the Feniglia beach and forest. Hire a bicycle and cycle through the forest to the picturesque resort town of Porto Eccole or exit to the beach at various intervals along the 7 km stretch of forest.
The house is built on 2 levels. It sleeps up to 8 people and has a garden which contains a small grove of holms trees.
