This beautiful Tuscan villa built in stone in the late sixties, is situated on the Ansedonia hill.

It is 5 minutes walk to the ancient Etruscan city of Cosa, 10 minutes walk to the Feniglia beach and forest. Hire a bicycle and cycle through the forest to the picturesque resort town of Porto Eccole or exit to the beach at various intervals along the 7 km stretch of forest.

The house is built on 2 levels. It sleeps up to 8 people and has a garden which contains a small grove of holms trees.

The ground floor:

  • 1  large bedroom with king sized bed and en suite bathroom (shower and toilet)
  • 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom (shower and toilet)
  • Lounge opening onto a large covered patio
